We're back home now after a few days visiting with my sister's family in western MA. J and B enjoyed playing with their cousins and exploring the co-housing community where my sister lives. We found a woolly bear on a nature walk, fed the guinea pigs and collected eggs from the chickens, visited a nearby park and played with the pygmy goats(we discovered they love bark and dried leaves) and went to Magic Wings in So. Deerfield to see the butterflies-it was a fun thing to do on the first day of spring! Now we're settling back into our routine and I've started cleaning up the garden(it's a beautiful, chilly spring day). Welcome spring!
